1. What we provide
First Global Education is a free, globally-inclusive online school. Foundation literacy and numeracy are free for life. Some deeper courses, the Catch-Up Tutor and language packs are part of Premium (£3/month or £20/year). We aim to keep the school available, accurate and safe, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.
2. Your account
- You enrol with a Student ID and a password you choose. Keep them safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information. Your full legal name is printed on any certificate you earn, so it must be correct.
- Tell us promptly ([email protected]) if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Using the school fairly
- Use the school for genuine learning. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or misuse the platform.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content in assignments or any field.
- Certificates are evidence of learning you actually completed. Do not forge, alter, or misrepresent them.
4. Assessment & certificates
Assignments are marked by our assessment engine (and, where enabled, an AI assistant). Marking is designed to be fair and consistent, but no automated assessment is perfect — you can revise and resubmit. CPD-style certificates are an independent record of professional learning; they are not a government-regulated qualification.
5. Payments
Premium is optional. If you subscribe, you may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Foundation learning never sits behind a paywall.
6. Your content
Work you submit (such as assignments) remains yours. You grant us permission to store and process it to mark it, show it back to you, and run the school. See our Privacy notice for how we handle data.
