We listen, and we fix

Complaints & appeals

Last updated 28 June 2026. If something is wrong — a bug, unfair treatment, or a marking decision you disagree with — here's exactly how to raise it.

How to raise a concern

Email [email protected] with the heading “Complaint” or “Appeal”. Tell us:

What happens next

  1. Acknowledge — we reply within 5 working days to confirm we've received it.
  2. Look into it — we investigate fairly and, for appeals, have the work re-assessed independently of the first decision.
  3. Respond — we aim to give a full answer within 20 working days, explaining the outcome and any change we'll make.

Appealing a marking decision

Automated marking is designed to be fair, but it isn't perfect. You can always revise and resubmit. If you believe a result is still wrong, appeal it and a human (or a fresh independent assessment) will review the original submission. If we got it wrong, we correct the result and improve the marking.

Our promise

Raising a complaint or appeal will never count against you. We treat every one as a chance to make the school better and fairer for everyone.
